We founded The Little Card Studio with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. This platform provides us with the online facility to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
We may contact your to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our user agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text message and postal mail.

In order to process the delivery of your items, will will input your name, address, telephone number (if provided) and email address into the Royal Mail website. This information will be used for the sole purpose of purchasing postage for your order.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery Policy​​​​​​
All orders are dispatched within one working day, unless otherwise specified. If you would like your order sending on a specific date, please add this information to the order notes.
It is the buyers responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct at checkout. Any orders delivered or returned due to incorrect/incomplete information will not be refunded, unless they can be re-sold by ourselves.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Standard delivery is charged at £2.70, per order, per address or free for orders over £12.70 (to a single address) - this is 48 hour tracked service which does not require a signature. An upgrade is available at an additional cost and applies to all orders.
We will not issue a refund for lost items until 10 working days has passed when information will be submitted to Royal Mail for investigation.

Returns Policy
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. Please email hello@thelittlecardstudio.co.uk for a returns label. Please ensure you quote your order number on your email, this can be found on your receipt or order confirmation.
Please be aware you will be responsible for return postage and we advise you obtain proof of postage.
We can't accept returns for personalised items unless they arrive damaged. You will be asked for proof of this before a refund is given.
Your statutory rights are not effected.
